Pixxo provides free and premium browser-based image editing tools. All image processing is performed locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to your images.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process illegal content or content that violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you process using our tools. Pixxo does not claim any ownership over your content. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Pixxo and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Pixxo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any) in the past 12 months.
